Ogilvie & Co Australian Black Truffle Oil is a blend of premium, award winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil with flakes of black Perigord truffle, both of which are sourced from the south west of Australia. Just a few drops drizzled on a plate before serving is instantly transformative, especially on Ogilvie & Co Black Truffle Risotto. Use in place of butter next time you make a creamy mash of potatoes.

Truffle Oil Vinaigrette.

Combine truffle oil and balsamic vinegar with a touch of truffle mustard. Recommend 2 to 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar. Particularly wel suited to tomato, mushroom and dark leafy vegetables.
