Ogilvie & Co Spiced Citrus & Honey Glaze is a jewel like glaze that has the rich sweet flavours of golden honey combined with a lovely citrus zing that makes a great, yet unexpected base for glazing all sort of roasted meats and poultry. Brush it on generously in the last few minutes of cooking ham, pork chops, chicken, steak or hamburgers. Also includes a basting brush and recipe card.
For Glazed Baked Ham preheat oven to 180C. Cut the skin off the ham exposing the white fat. Score ham in diamond pattern and place a whole clove the corner of each diamond. Brush glaze over the ham, then place in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Place in oven, reapplying the glaze at ten minute intervals, and bake for thirty minutes until ham is golden and glazed. Remove and serve hot or cold.
