Ogilvie & Co Caramelised Garlic & Red Wine Marinade is a unique combination of balsamic caramelised garlic, the tartness of red wine and the tang of fresh rosemary making this marinade a gourmet delight. It is the perfect way to enhance the natural flavours of beef, lamb or chicken. Simply marinate overnight and bake or barbecue. Also included is a basting brush and recipe card.
For a delicious Marinated Roast Beef pierce meat deeply with fork. Place in a large bowl, pour Marinade over meat, cover and refrigerate for 24-48 hours, turning occasionally. Drain roast, tie with string and place on rack in shallow roasting pan. Cook uncovered in 180C oven until meat reaches your desired doneness. Be sure to baste the meat with the leftover Marinade several times during cooking for the most delicious result. Let stand before serving.
