Ogilvie & Co Coconut, Lime & Coriander Marinade is an exotic blend of limes, sweet chilli, coconuts and fragrant spices certain to entice any palate. These sensational flavours are perfect for seafood or chicken. This sauce could also be used in a stir-fry to add fabulous flavours. Also included is a basting brush and recipe card.
Take 4 medium fish fillets, dip in flour, place in casserole dish and pour 250ml of Marinade over fish. Leave for 1-2 hours. Cover dish with foil, bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake a further 15 minutes or until ready! Just as delicious with chicken fillets - or just divine with a whole baked fish smothered in the Marinade, covered in foil and baked in the oven for 45 minutes.
